Storia

Leslie Kong, all'epoca gestiva una gelateria e un negozio di dischi gestito insieme ai suoi fratelli Fats e Cecil, notò nel 1961 quando Jimmy Cliff cantare "mwhqDearest Beverley" all'esterno del negozio; registrò il singolo per la Beverley.cite-ref-allmusic-com-1-1[1]

La Beverley's fallì subito dopo la morte di Leslie Kong avvenuta nel mwiw1971 per un attacco cardiaco.cite-ref-allmusic-com-1-2[1]
